Dr. Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare setting, ranging from receiving certifications as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, and Registered Nurse. Tracy Thomas owned and operated a licensed personal Care Home for nine years.

Dr. Thomas earned an associate degree in nursing, a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Excelsior University, a master’s in nursing with a specialization in Nursing Education from Excelsior University, and a Doctoral Degree in Philosophy with a specialization in Nursing Education from Capella University.

Dr. Thomas taught first-year nursing students in an associate degree Program for five years, served as a course facilitator and clinical instructor, and was promoted to Assistant Professor at Georgia State University.

Our team members are licensed nurses with extensive knowledge and various backgrounds. She came to start this program due to the shortage of quality certified nursing assistants in the field. She also got her start as a CNA in the healthcare field, and she has a desire to help others change their lives as well.
